Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We process orders within 3-5 business days but more often than not, we ship the following business day. Delivery takes anywhere between 5-12 business days and a shipping notification email with tracking will be sent. Please make sure to check your spam folder. We are a US based company and Black-owned business; however, to meet the increasing demand for our products we have partnered with an international fulfillment center to ship directly to our customers worldwide. As a small business it's currently the most efficient and cost-effective method to fulfill all our orders. Delivery times are estimates and do not include unanticipated delays (customs and/or postal issues and the holiday season). Please add 1-3 business days to our shipping estimates for rural addresses. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the address and other shipping information is entered correctly. Leggs Fleece Tights will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address or orders that are returned to sender due to customer error. Orders that have been returned to sender by the courier are subject to a reshipment and processing fee if the customer wants their order reshipped and a 10% restocking fee if they would like a refund instead. Return to sender reasons include but are not limited to insufficient/ incomplete address including lack of apartment/unit number, vacant, unclaimed, notice left/no secure location available, order not picked up and/or failed delivery attempt. If your package is returned to sender, please provide proof of delivery from the courier. This will help us verify the return and process your request accordingly.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or mailboxes at UPS at this time.

For international orders, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by their local authorities.

ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS 

We ship orders within 3-5 business days but more often than not, we ship the following business day. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, requests for cancellations or order changes may not be guaranteed. If you would like to request to cancel or modify your order, you may do so by sending us an email at hello@leggsco.com.

PRE-ORDERS 

We have received an overwhelming amount of orders that we are now accepting pre-orders for our unique fleece-lined tights on a first come, first serve basis! Pre-orders will be shipped in the order they were received in November for the first batch and in early December for the second batch. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled during the production period. For orders containing pre-ordered items with in-stock items, the order will be shipped together in one package once the pre-ordered items are ready. Limited quantities available, so order yours today!

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality, but we understand that there may be instances where customers need to initiate returns. We appreciate your understanding that we are unable to accept exchanges. We accept returns for unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery (according to tracking records). Returns are only accepted for store credit and customers are responsible for the return label and sending us the tracking number. Returns must be sent within 7 days of approval. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns to help us with receiving and processing returns. For the safety and well-being of all customers in mind, we do not restock any of our returns due to hygienic reasons. Store credit is active for 30 days from when the return is received and approved. To initiate a return, send us an email at  hello@leggsco.com. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.

For International Returns, the customer agrees to pay for any charges that arise when returning products. This includes duties, customs charges and shipping fees.

Please check the sticker label on your packaging to see if it matches your order details. If there is a discrepancy, send us an email within 72 hours of receipt. 

Kindly refrain from ordering multiple sizes and shades with the intention of returning the ones that do not fit or match. On sale, clearance sale or gift card items are not eligible for a return.

STORE CREDIT

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, your store credit will incur a 10% processing fee and you will automatically be given a credit to your customer profile within 5 business days. An email will be sent once a credit is processed. Shipping and Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable. Store credit should be used within 30 days. 

DAMAGED

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

LOST, STOLEN AND DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit and you have purchased our Shipping Protection, send us an email at  hello@leggsco.com.

For packages marked as delivered yet not received and where there is no evidence of theft, claims must be filed after 5 business days from the delivery date but no longer than 10 business days. This ensures it was not misdelivered or pre-marked delivered by the courier. 

If your package has not been delivered and 20 business days have passed from the date it was shipped, send us an email.

If your package arrived damaged, send us an email within 72 hours.

If you did not purchase our Shipping Protection, Leggs Fleece Tights is not responsible for lost or stolen items. For missing packages, please file a claim with the shipping courier.
